Our Programme Management Practise is home to highly skilled programme and project managers, experienced and qualified in a breadth of methodologies from traditional waterfall to Agile and SCRUM.

We also boast some of the most talented SCRUM Masters in UK, who are skilled in the role, providing that essential rudder to development teams, delivering quality backlog management, sharpening the team’s focus, delivering high value increments that meet the acceptance criteria.

Our programme and project managers embed themselves into the project team, building a collaborative culture that binds the team, for the most effective delivery. They are masters at risk and issue management, maintaining expectations of the board and Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), whilst embedding the necessary governance and guardrails to support a controlled delivery.

Not limited to end-to-end project delivery, our project managers are also experienced in project recovery, not allowing any political undercurrents, we assess the situation and devise the most effective plan to deliver to your needs!
